All orders are shipped out of our shop Monday through Friday. Due to the nature of operating with a small team, some orders will take between 1-3 days of processing before they are ready for shipment. Once they’ve been shipped, most orders take between 2-5 business days to arrive at your door. Please allow more time for processing during holidays and peak sale days. We will do our best to provide you with accurate shipping information during those times.
Please note: we are not responsible for shipments shown as “delivered” in carrier tracking details. If you have a situation where a package may be left on a step, community area of a larger building or another location where it could be picked up by anyone other than the intended recipient, please contact us to request a signature service.
Also note that shipments are sent by Candada Post and we are not responsible for any rates.
